GENERATED

Sometimes driving, sometimes cerebral heavy stuff, packaged as concept albums about the eternal, the good, and the not-so-good.

GENERATED is older than Suno. I put the first song under the name, “Ouroboros”, on YouTube in September 2022, back in Jukebox.

Amazingly, it turned out no band had the name. What I loved about it is that it says straight away the music is generated, and hides that from no one — unlike the hundreds of Suno “bands” that appeared after it.

In Jukebox I wrote a lot, and all of it in English: Russian didn’t work there at all. So when Suno turned out to sing in Russian, I got stuck on it for a long time, so my first few albums on Suno — one by za/oblozhkoyza/oblozhkoy and a few by PoluzhivyePoluzhivye — were all in Russian, and only with Suno 3 did I come back to English, and with it to GENERATED.

GENERATED is mostly metal-/metalcore-adjacent — primed by what I’ve been mostly listening to all my life — and all albums under the project are concept albums, each one following a story or built around an idea.

Since then GENERATED have “released” 75 songs and eight albums, and all of them can be heard here.
